Rather, the collection of your loan application information will be governed by the terms of use applicable to the AES processing site.

Governing Law
The laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will govern the content and use of this Site, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
We control this Site from our offices within the United States. We make no representation that the content on our Site is appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations.
